Today I had a lovely child free day between school run hours and it was bliss ✨

I love my babies so much, but I also love me some me time 💆🏾‍♀️ I use days like this to get out, walk, pray, read, find cute cafes and enjoy some quiet time, but also get some work done!

If you’re constantly feeling run down, sluggish and just generally meh then this one’s for you…

The biggest shifts in my wellness haven’t come from doing more… but from doing less, but doing it better. 🤍

4 things that actually worked for me:

• Keep mornings simple (an easy skincare routine = less decision fatigue). Also, try wake up at the same time each day.
• Slow down. Not everything needs to be rushed.
• Eat less sugar — more stable energy, better mood, fewer crashes.
• Learn to rest without guilt. Doing nothing is productive too.

It’s 6:30pm- I haven’t quite reached my steps goal for the day, it’s dark outside and bed time is so close so everything is shouting ‘just forget it for today’…

Instead of leaving it- I put on a step workout (shoutout to ) 🫶🏾 and did it with the kids in the room and giddy!

Was it perfect? No! But did I get it done? Yes!

All this to say- do it messy, do it loud, do it tired, do it anyway!!

You don’t need a whole gym setup at home- but some floor spaces and pj’s will do for a home workout if absolutely necessary 🫶🏾
