I can’t get over how many people have told me to ‘just let ai do it for you’ when I’ve shared about how long it took to write me book and how much I’m paying for an editor 🙃 I prefer ‘artist intelligence’ thanks 🤘🏻 it’s cool if it helps you though 🫧

September Joy! ✨ I’m back to 1:1 work this week ✨ after a summer deep in writing and finishing my book, I’m now reopening my diary for 1:1, group and workplace Creative Wellbeing workshops & coaching.

I’m looking forward to hosting a 2 hour 1:1 session on Friday from the comfort of their own outhouse 🎨

Watching the Practical Magic 2 premiere coverage with a slightly tender heart this morning 💜 I made peace with my decision not to attend, because although it often feels like we have no choice when having a particularly tricky week; it is a decision of self preservation after all.

If Alice Hoffman has taught me anything in the years I’ve read and lived vicariously through her books, it’s that we must be mindful of our choices. To love fiercely includes ourselves too, at the end of the day ✨ very much looking forward to watching the film, the book was incredible.

I feel like we need a practical magic party, with cosy blankets, candles & of course, midnight margaritas 🍸 who’s in?
