The Earth is not just beneath our feet - it is within our breath, our bones, and our becoming. Earth Day isn’t just a reminder to save the planet. It is a call to remember we are part of it.

Celebrate Earth Day with us through the deeply relaxing practice of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) and a healing Sound Bath, in the gorgeous Sussex Country Yurt. Allow me to hold space for you all to settle into complete stillness and deep rest.

I will be serving herbal teas and plant based gluten free sweet treats, and will also be bringing along some extra little magic tools of mine to make this little offering super special.

🙏🏻 We will close with some prayers (non specific to any religion) for Mother Earth 💫

🪷 HATHA YOGA 🪷
in the Duncton Village Hall

10-11am Monday mornings

Hatha yoga is a traditional branch of yoga that focuses on physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and basic meditation to bring balance to the body and mind.

The word “Hatha” comes from Sanskrit:
• “Ha” = sun ☀️
• “Tha” = moon 🌙
Together, it symbolizes the balance of opposing energies like strength and flexibility, effort and rest.

In practice, Hatha yoga is typically slower-paced than more intense styles and focuses on holding poses for a little longer. This class will be designed to improve your strength, flexibility, posture, and ability to tap into your own sense of calm within.

Monday nights 7-8.15pm in 💛

Your chance to gift your mind, body and soul some TLC in the form of conscious breath work, mindful movement and deep relaxation amongst like minded friendly souls.

A regular Yoga practice is a wonderful way to improve your well-being. Physically, you can strengthen and tone the whole of the body whilst also working on flexibility, balance and your energy levels. The mental benefits include stress reduction and relaxation, a delightful brightening of your mood and improved concentration, whilst at the same time practicing among like-minded souls.

My classes are friendly and inclusive - EVERYONE is welcome. I weave traditional Yoga philosophy into all sessions and include breath work practices (pranayama) and a beautiful long relaxation (savasana) phase at the end of each class.
