BUGGY BOOTCAMP

What a glorious morning for our Mumma’s first fitness tests 💪🏼 ☀️ 💦

These ladies absolutely smashed today’s session! We started with a full body warm up, moved onto the 12 minute Cooper test followed by pelvic floor and core work! Then we soaked up some sunshine whilst stretching it all out!

If you’d like to join us, we train on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30 - 11:15 and Saturdays at 09:00 - 09:45 at Jubilee Fields, Billingshurst 📍
