Highlights from last week’s training 💪🔥

These ladies worked incredibly hard all week and continue to show up, put the effort in, and get stronger with every session.

With less than a month to go until Yard Games, training is well underway! It’s proving to be a real test of strength, stamina, grit, and endurance, but everyone is rising to the challenge and pushing themselves beyond what they thought possible.

The hard work is being done now, and it’s fantastic to see the progress, determination, and team spirit growing every week.

Keep showing up, keep putting in the work, and trust the process. You’ve got this! 💪🏃‍♀️🔥

We did it! 💙

Today we completed the March for Men for prostate cancer.

My husband Jason, a prostate cancer survivor who has been cancer-free for 2 years, completed the full 10k walk despite having two knee replacements. I couldn’t be prouder of him. 💪

Josh and I joined him for the final 5k, with me running alongside while Josh zoomed along on his scooter. 🛴🏃‍♀️

A huge thank you to everyone who sponsored us and supported this cause. Together we have raised over £800 for prostate cancer awareness and research.

This cause is incredibly close to our hearts, and your generosity means more than we can put into words. Thank you for helping us make a difference and for supporting families affected by prostate cancer. 💙

My clients know I love a challenge, and I know a few of you will be itching to give this one a go! 😆

Today’s challenge was kneeling on a Swiss ball… and because that clearly wasn’t difficult enough, I decided to take it up a notch with dumbbell presses to create even more instability! 💪⚖️

What you don’t see in the video is the amount of practice, failed attempts, and concentration it took to get there. 🤣

Introducing the Swiss Ball Devil Snake 🐍😂

Trust me, it’s not as easy as it looks! This one challenges your core strength, stability, coordination and control all at the same time. The slower you go, the harder it gets!

A few wobbles, plenty of laughs and some seriously strong efforts from everyone tonight. 👏

🔥 Shoulders on fire with this killer tri-set! 🔥

Credit to one of my favourite coaches, Tara Garrison, for this brutal shoulder burner.

A few tips to get the most out of it:

✅ Keep the weight lighter than you think
✅ Focus on leading with your elbows and pinkies
✅ Control both the lifting (concentric) and lowering (eccentric) phases of each rep
✅ Don’t rush—time under tension is where the magic happens

This isn’t about throwing heavy weights around. It’s about control, technique, and making those shoulders work hard.

By the end of the set you’ll be questioning your life choices… and feeling a serious burn! 🔥💪
