4CFC - 4 Corner Football Coaching 4CFC’s sole purpose is to provide young players the opportunity to play & enjoy the game!

4CFC works with over 100 children each week through our 4CFC Academy, Afterschool Clubs, 1-2-1’s, Birthday Parties and Grass root club support training. Andy Knott and our team of coaches ensure all children who participate in a 4CFC activity achieve the following - Enjoy themselves, Learn something they didn’t know when they arrived, Improve across the FA 4 Corner Model, Physically, Technically/Tactically, Psychologically and Socially and Feel part of the 4CFC Family.

Our 4CFC Academies are back this week! ⚽️

A huge well done to all of our coaches and players as we begin another exciting block of development.

Every player selected for our Academies has been identified for qualities linked to one or more areas of The FA’s Four Corner Model:

⚽️ Technical / Tactical
💪 Physical
🧠 Psychological
🤝 Social

Selection isn’t just about who scores the most goals or stands out on matchday. We look at the whole player — their ability, attitude, potential, resilience, decision-making, willingness to learn and how they interact with others.

We’re looking forward to seeing every player continue to develop, be challenged and enjoy their football in a positive environment.

Well done to everyone selected, and a big thank you to our coaches for continuing to support the players on their journey.

A player who always turns up ready to work, always gives his best, and does it all with a smile on his face.

His positive attitude is infectious and he brings great energy to every session. Whether he is learning something new, working on his technique or showing off those keepy-uppy skills, he approaches everything with enthusiasm and determination.

Hard work, positivity and a love for the game — exactly what we love to see at 4CFC Academy. ❤️

⚽ 4CFC ACADEMY PLAYER OF THE TERM ⚽

Next up is another absolute 4CFC legend! 🌟

I first had the pleasure of working with this young man when he was in Reception, when he was very much at the beginning of his football journey.

From those early sessions, it has been brilliant to watch him grow, and we were absolutely thrilled when he became part of the 4CFC Academy family. ❤️⚽

In what feels like such a short space of time, his development has been incredible. His technical ability, physical development and confidence on the ball continue to improve, while his knowledge and understanding of the game grows with every session.

But what excites us most is that there is still so much more to come.

He listens. He learns. He works hard. And most importantly, he loves his football. 🙌

To think back to that little boy in Reception who was just starting out in the game, and to see the player he is becoming today, makes us incredibly proud.

A very deserving 4CFC Academy Player of the Term! 🏆👏

We’ve still got a few places available for players to join our U7 and U8 teams at 4 Corner Football Coaching.

Our focus is on player development in a fun and supportive environment, helping children develop technically, tactically, physically and psychologically while building their confidence and enjoyment of the game.

👥 Small squads – max 8 players
📍 Training: Fridays, 5:30–6:30pm at Forest School
🏆 Fixtures: Half-termly matches and local tournaments

As we begin a new season at 4CFC Academy, we want to take the opportunity to celebrate some of the outstanding young players we’ve had the pleasure of working with.

And what better place to start than with a true 4CFC GOAT! 🐐

This young man is someone we have loved working with over the years. His attitude, commitment and desire to constantly become the best version of himself is what makes him so special.

They say:
“Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard.”

Well… this young man has BOTH! 🔥

Talent in abundance, but more importantly, the work ethic, mentality and hunger to keep improving every single session.
It has been a privilege watching his journey and development, and we couldn’t be prouder to recognise him as one of our 4CFC Academy Players of the Term.

There’s still time to register your child for our 4CFC Academy Trial at Horsham Rugby Club! 💙

Whether they’re brand new to football or already playing for a team, our sessions are designed to help players aged 4–14 develop their skills, confidence and enjoyment of the game in a positive, supportive environment.
