Our Under 11 Hornets are looking to add a few new players to their squad over the summer.

The team will be playing 7v7 football on Sundays next season and are looking for children who will be in School Year 6 from September.

Led by qualified coaches Lee, Liam and Emily, the Hornets offer a positive and supportive environment where players can continue to enjoy their football, build confidence and develop as part of a team.

This is an exciting year for the group, with plenty of development, match experience and preparation ahead of the move to 9v9 football in 2027.

Our Women's Teams are looking to welcome new players for the upcoming season across both squads.

With two teams, there will be plenty of opportunities for players to train, develop and play competitive football in a positive and supportive environment.

We are also especially keen to hear from goalkeepers, with goalkeeper-specific training available.

Our Women’s setup will be led by a new and experienced management team of Daryl Preston, Kyran Smith, Simon Smith, Danny Brown and David Craynor, who are looking forward to building a strong, committed and ambitious group for the new season. Training over the summer at Sloughbottom Park and season training will take place on a Wednesday at The Nest.

We are excited to welcome new players to our Under 8 Hurricanes team for the new season. This team is open to children who will be in School Year 3 from September and is a great opportunity for players to develop their football skills, make new friends and enjoy the game in a positive, supportive environment.

The team will be coached by Francis and Shawn, with weekly training sessions and matches played in the Norfolk Combined Youth Football League.

Our focus at this age is all about development, confidence, teamwork and having fun, helping every player enjoy their football journey at their own pace.

⚽ Under 10 Hawks Team Relaunch – Coach Required ⚽

We are looking to relaunch our Under 10 Girls team for the new season, and we’re looking for a coach to help lead the team forward.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is passionate about girls’ football and wants to support a group of young players as they continue their football journey in a positive, friendly and supportive club environment.

The team will play matches on Saturdays in the Norfolk Women & Girls’ League, with a winter 3G training slot already in place.

The club will provide full support, including:

✅ Coaching kit
✅ Training equipment
✅ Support with coaching qualifications
✅ Guidance and support from the club throughout the season

Previous coaching experience is welcome, but not essential. Enthusiasm, commitment and a positive approach are the most important qualities.
