This is my client Kelly! 💁🏼♀️
She has been working with me on my online coaching program for 6 weeks now.
She reached out to me when I announced I was taking on online clients and was interested as we had worked together before and got good results.
Her main goal was to lose weight and she needed me to keep her accountable.
She knew what to do, she just struggled to do it consistently over time, which meant she would “Yo Yo” diet. 🪀
Since starting our program, she has met her daily targets without fail, which has led her to lose a decent amount of weight in a fairly short space of time.
Kelly has just started on this journey and she is so thankful that she did.
Because now she not only has hope that she will get to where she wants to be in the next couple of months, she can literally see it panning out in front of her.
Everything is going to plan and she will continuously lose weight at this rate throughout the next year until she is completely happy and comfortable with the way she looks and feels. 💃🏼
At that point, we are just going to maintain and focus on her performance goals.🤸🏼♀️
