Hiii guys it’s Aimee! This round up looks a little different (especially pic 2 lol) the first pic was last night at 10:30pm running down to the studio to drop off some wipes and other bits & bobs!

I have been so MIA on here recently, I opened up another studio which took up lots of my time, plus being a mumma .. it’s safe to say there’s been a lot of late nights (iykyk, what you can get done whilst your child is asleep is where it’s atttt)

If I’m honest I have no newness to post but going through my camera roll finding these pics made me smile. I’m so grateful for the last 2.5 years but also so proud of myself (which I don’t recognise enough), you guys don’t know the HALF of it, who knows, I might give you guys some behind the scenes at some point!

You’ll notice some old faces in these pics, I miss you guys so much. I’ve met some of my closest friends through the studio, I’m so grateful.

Our lovely Mary!

Mary has supported Studio Fourteen so consistently and her dedication never goes unnoticed. She’s been such a lovely part of our community and we wanted to give her a little something to say thank you, so I popped into the studio to surprise her with some flowers and a block of 3 on us as our Member of the Month.

And of course, I couldn’t turn up without a little treat for everyone else in the class too!

Since becoming a mum, I don’t get to be down at Hornchurch anywhere near as much as I used to, but being there this week really reminded me of the early days when I was at the studio all the time and got to meet and chat to so many of you. I really do miss that.

It also reminded me just how grateful I am for what Studio Fourteen has become. It’s members like Mary, and every single one of you who continue to walk through our doors week after week, that have allowed my little business to grow into what it is today.

I’ll never take that support for granted.

☀️ End Summer with Pilates in the Park ☀️

Join us for a relaxed afternoon of Mat Pilates in Grantham House as we make the most of the final days of summer.

Whether you’re a Studio Fourteen regular, completely new to Pilates, or simply looking for a fun way to get moving outdoors, everyone is welcome.

📍 Grantham House (The Meadow), Grantham
📅 Saturday 6th September
🕝 2:30pm
🧘 Bring your own mat
⭐️ £5 per person
🤍 Limited spaces available – book via Momence

We’ll be hosting a 45-minute Mat Pilates class suitable for all levels, followed by time to relax and enjoy the park setting.

We will have more free community events coming in 2027🩷

What sparked me to film this was our Mat Pilates event. Afterwards, everyone stayed chatting, no one was standing on their own, and you honestly would have thought everyone had known each other for years. In reality, so many people had turned up completely on their own 🤍

Week round up (from not last week, the week before!)
- Sophie put me through itttt, the amount of times I looked at her like ‘???’ 🤣 reformer never fails to surprise me how tough it can be!
- Spent Saturday up in our Grantham studio, we filmed a content class and met some lovely new faces!
- Lucy was our member of the month, we love you!
- you guys in Grantham know Alex already buttt Alex teaches all the classes up there. She left her full time job to join us ❤️
- We held our first free event in Grantham and one thing that stood out to me was the amount of people who turned up alone, so inspiring!!
- We held the event in collaboration with Pookie’s and it’s safe to say the açai bowls were 10/10
- We are ALL about community, so we felt nice and dotted a load of free classes around the town 🎟️
