This weekend marked the 10th Anniversary of Squad Fitness🥳
Here's a bit of history showing the gym evolving.
Halfway through we had the Covid lockdowns, with Zoom training, outside PT, isolation grids helping to keep us fit.

A special shout-out to some members who have been here from day 1 - Hilary, Jean & Angela, and of course Mandy PT🏆
A few more at 8+ years (when TeamUp was first used) Karen, Georgina, Liezel, Mark, Paul, Steve, Christine, Jo, Jon, and Carrie PT🏅
Thank you to you all, whether you are you just starting or have come through the lockdowns with us🙏
