This weekend at Alexandra Palace honestly wouldn’t have been possible without some incredible people by my side.

A huge thank you to Stacey you’ve been an absolute diamond helping me with the design, organisation, and for just being there to support me through it all. I couldn’t have done it without you!

To Kay at CopyStat, you’re amazing! Always dropping everything to help me with my printing and graphics and making everything look so perfect. Thank you for being such a star.

Still absolutely buzzing after an incredible few days at the OM Yoga Show

It was such an honour to showcase my Crystal Chakra Mats and even more amazing to have the opportunity to teach at the event, what a dream come true!
