🥊✨ **How Boxing Changed My Life: A Journey of Strength and Resilience** ✨🥊

Hey everyone! I wanted to take a moment to share my personal journey with boxing and how it has transformed me in ways I never imagined. When I first stepped into the ring, I was just looking for a way to get fit and relieve stress. Little did I know, I was about to embark on a life-changing adventure!

Physically, boxing has pushed my limits and reshaped my body. The intense workouts, the sweat, the discipline—it’s all been incredibly rewarding. I’ve gained strength and endurance, but more importantly, I’ve discovered a newfound confidence in myself. 🌟 As April comes to a close, I want to take a moment on behalf of myself, my wife, and our kids to extend a massive thank you to everyone who has come and trained with us at the gym. Your dedication and support mean the world to us! 💪❤️

May is shaping up to be a busy month, and I’m excited to share that I’ll be opening up one or two days during the week to help kickstart our growth process as we head into June. **Thank You Message**

As the dust, bottles, and everything else that was launched into the ring begins to settle, I find myself reflecting on yesterday's event. I want to take a moment to express my gratitude as both a fighter and a coach.

First, I want to acknowledge my own fight. After stepping in on just under two weeks' notice, I made the tough decision to retire in the 4th round. I communicated to my corner team that my goal was not to get hurt or take unnecessary punishment. As the fight progressed, I found myself taking some heavy shots from a strong opponent and making a few mistakes. After a standing 8 count, I felt it was best to call it a day. Thank you to my opponent for a great match and congratulations on becoming the new regional BOXA heavyweight champion.

On a lighter note, I couldn’t be prouder of Billy. He stepped up for the main event against a tough opponent—his biggest test to date—and delivered an impressive performance. He boxed smart, stayed behind his jab, and secured a majority decision win. As his coach, my heart swells with pride for his hard work and dedication.

In conclusion, as a gym, we emerged victorious. The sweat, sickness, and blood shed along the way have all been worth it. We are now home to a 3-promotion heavyweight champion and the new National BOXA heavyweight champion, Billy Herron!

We're not just a gym; we're a family. Onwards and upwards—let’s go, champ!
