This 4 weeks beginners course will include the following sessions
Mondays 20:00-20:45
Wednesdays 20:00-20:45
Fridays 20:00-20:45
The sessions will run 2nd may to 27th may

The sessions are aimed at increasing your fitness, help you gain new friends, learn a new skill and soo much more.
Each session will have a slightly different focus from learning basic strikes to foot works and champion drills.
Don't put off joining let us kickstart your fitness with martial arts.

Anyone aged 13 years+ is able to partake in the beginners course.

Early Bird price will last till 24th April 2022 then the price will increase to £59
