I’ve just had a glorious sports massage with Zsanett at Horley Spinal Health.

EAST SURREY TWINS CLUB

Last week I had a fabulous time teaching at their ‘TWINS AT PLAY’ (TAP) playgroup.
The charity is designed to support families of twins and triplets. Giving parents and grandparents the oppurtunies to share information and provide mutual support for one another whilst also allowing the children to have fun and socialise. The club is also open to expectant parents.
We went through a restorative stretch and tone pilates class, which was post-natal friendly, with the focus being on spinal mobility and core strengthening.
The children were hillarious and adorable, the pilates soft balls were definetely a hit! Thank you for having me and thank you to for introducing me to the group!
