Fun, personalised 1-1 training and nutrition advise to help you reach your goals. Outdoor sessions until April 12th. Then you can choose between sessions at your own home/local park or using my own studio.

I came to Ben looking to improve my lifting technique, particularly with deadlifts, squats and bench press. He explained biomechanics very clearly while also giving clear, simple and easy to understand instructions on how to improve technique. ~ Sam

Well you can! 1-1 personal training sessions are permitted even in lockdown. I meet clients at a local park and bring all the necessary equipment.

As a personal trainer and professional dancer, I understand that being fit and mobile is fundamental to a healthy, pain free life. I see little use in being strong if you can’t move functionally!
My approach is simple- to get you feeling amazing.
