Top 11 finish at National Level out of 45 Senior Drivers!! 🚀🎉
Such an enjoyable weekend running in the UKC at my home track!!
Consistently top 5 on pace in practice including topping the first session of the weekend and being one of the ones to beat from the get go. We knew it was going to be tough racing with no room for mistakes and it definitely met the expectations!

The racing was ruthless but I stayed consistent and out of trouble in the Heats learning as I went and qualified 5th on the grid for my Super Heat on Sunday Morning 💪🏼

The Super Heat didn’t go as well as we’d hoped with heavy rain coming down 🌧️ so as a result for the Final, I started further back in 18th.
However, not letting this get to me, I knew what I had to do for the Final and even after being pushed back on the start to around 20th place, I made up 7 places from my start position to finish 11th 📈
The Final was one hell of a race to be in with the whole grid being nose to tail from 3rd place all the way down, so I’m really proud to have raced and finished how I did 🙌🏼

Huge thank you to THCorse 🔴🔵⚪️ Lewis Halliday 🔧 and everyone else in the awning, you’re the best. Venator Racing Engines for the power 🚀 and the Ultimate Karting Championship & Dunkeswell Raceway Karting teams for a brilliant event!

🎊 BACK ON TRACK …
Top 10 Final Result at Dunkeswell last weekend at the British Kart Championship Pre Round 📈🏁
We qualified 🥉 out of 31, so an unreal result against such a competitive grid!

In the heats, I was consistently one of the fastest on track with purple sectors which shows how strong not only our qualifying speed was but also race pace.
I worked hard to develop my race craft to battle against the kind of racing that comes with the territory.

A top 10 result in the end is definitely positive, and a strong foundation to build on 🙌🏼

Arguably our most challenging weekend of karting so far at the Southwest Champs 2024! 💪🏼
We struggled with a constant issue with the kart throughout both two days of racing and after changing literally everything on the kart and the problem still being present we were almost out of ideas 💡 the only thing left to change was tyres …
Over 6 tenths of a second were found as a result of changing ONLY the tyres for the Final. 🤯🤯

We were bang on the pace in the Final and even set a purple sector 🟣 but after our previous results leaving us starting at the back of the grid, I was unable to bring home a result this year 🥲

Huge Congratulations though to Braden Hill for the win, it was a long time coming!! 👏🏼🥇

Really enjoyable time at back at Dunkeswell last weekend! 🏁⚡️
🚀 We had top pace all weekend from the get go - a really competitive grid who were all so close on times was going to make the racing very interesting!
Our chances were looking good in the Final where we started 6th and made our way up to 2nd in the first few laps with the pace to run away at the front, but unfortunately with the leader defending heavily we got backed into the pack and lost our chances of a win this time.

Although the end result wasn’t as we wanted, we raced well, had the pace to win and most importantly enjoyed being back racing with some familiar faces!

Special mention goes to Venator Racing Engines & Kai Hunter for the mega motor 🚀🔵

Lots of positives to take away from the Rotax Festival at Clay Pigeon last weekend 🙌🏼

After not racing for a year and only 2 practice days under our belt in 2024, we surpassed our expectations by being bang on the pace in our first session on Saturday! 🚀
We carried this pace into race day where we were consistently one of the fastest on track.
My race craft was a bit rusty after all the time out of the seat, but still being one of the quickest drivers was a great result!

An unfortunate mechanical with the chain snapping in the Final took us out of the race after gaining 8 places from the start, but we go again 💪🏼
