IMPORTANT BOOKING SYSTEM UPDATE

Just a reminder that from Monday 26th January we will be moving all sessions for booking to our new system. You must sign up here if you wish to attend- https://app.holywoodpickleballclub.com

All sessions will now be pre booked and prepaid in line with our cancellation policies.

Exciting news! 🎉

We are officially up and running with our brand new online booking system, and with that, 2026 memberships and renewals are now open.

Getting started is quick and easy — simply use the link below to sign up or renew.
All payments are now handled online, making the process more convenient than ever.

Important info:
• Membership renewals are open until Friday 13th February
• Your 2025 membership will remain valid until this date

Over the coming weeks, we’ll also be transitioning away from Spond and fully into our new online booking system. Going forward, all play sessions will be pre-paid online through this platform.

We’re really excited about this next step for the club and hope you’ll join us for plenty of play, social time, and upcoming events throughout 2026.

Important Membership Updates- January 2026

The club is currently undergoing updates to our processes and systems as we prepare for the new year.

Membership renewals for 2026 will be going live on 10th January. All current members will receive notification with full details of the renewal process in due course.

Please note: all 2025 memberships will remain active up to and throughout the renewal period, so members can continue to play as normal during this time.

New memberships will also open alongside renewals on 10th January.

Please keep an eye on our website, social media channels, and your email inbox for further information and updates.

✨ What a day! ✨

Our charity pickleball tournament in aid of POTs UK was a huge success — with over 50 competitors taking to the courts, we had plenty of fun, laughter, and some nail-bitingly close games!

A big congratulations to all our winners who took home our beautiful medals, kindly supplied by 🏅

We were blown away by the generosity of our supporters:
🎁 Fantastic raffle prizes from , , , and (special thanks to Dawn 🙌).
🍉 Delicious fruit from ,keeping our players refreshed and energised throughout the day.

Most importantly, a heartfelt thank you to our amazing volunteers — from monitoring courts, keeping the hall in shape, to guiding players where they needed to be, we couldn’t have done it without you. 💙

Together, through raffle tickets, tournament entries, and JustGiving donations, we raised an incredible £921.50 for . 🌟

👏 Thank you to everyone who helped, played, donated, and supported. This was truly a team effort, and every bit of it will make a difference.
