I’m lucky enough to have a space to offer small group and private yoga classes.

With private instructions, you can deepen your practice, increase your confidence, ask questions in a confidential environment and receive personalised guidance and adjustments designed to your individual needs

Small group and Private Yoga Sessions are Helpful When:

* You are a beginner and want to learn correct postures without getting intimidated or feeling nervous by group setting.
* You want to deepen your practice and work towards specific goals (e.g. balance, stamina )
* Working on specific issues ( tight heaps, ham string, back bands)
* you have health issues or injuries ( knee, shoulder, back)
* You want to develop meditation or yoga practice that you can do at home
* You want to increase your mental focus.
* You would like to incorporate yoga in your weight-loss or strength training program.
* If you are a company and want to improve the quality of presence of your workers also semi private (small group of people) class
* If you’re shielding or find it difficult to leave your home
* Maybe you need support with anxiety or depression What to expect :
The Class is planned around an Opening; the Warm Up; the Body of the Class; the Cool Down; and a Closing. Every class includes Breath Consciousness; Meditation Practice as well as Mindful Movement and Posturing.
Or maybe you are just not moving enough!?

For many of us, Pranayama (yogic breathing) can be the most challenging part of a Yoga class. In a group environment it can be hard to fully concentrate on the breath. Working individually many people feel they can achieve a deeper sense of relaxation and Confidence in your practice.

Drop me a message !

Or better still if you’ve been to a yoga class with me and been completely blown away, tell me below what you loved about!?

It was back to HITCHIN BELLES FC last night πŸ’™

Hitchin Belles are an England Football Accredited Development Club, which was founded in 1999, with teams ranging from Under 6 (school Year 1) to adults. They have more than 620 players currently registered, making them the largest all-female club in the UK.
The youth teams play in various leagues, including the Hertfordshire Girls Football Partnership League, the Bedfordshire FA Girls League and the Royston Crow Youth Football League. The adult teams play in the Eastern Region League and the Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire Women’s Football League.

As the largest all-female grassroots football club in the country, and one of the largest youth organisations in North Herts, the club takes their responsibility to their players very seriously.

I am one of their wellbeing ambassadors that attends Monday evening training sessions, and our intention as wellbeing ambassadors is to work closely with players and parents to build relationships and offer support. We provide guidance on topics like periods, nutrition, mental resilience, injury prevention, and more, signposting athletes to specialist practitioners, agencies or resources where needed. Additionally, they support coaches in providing pastoral care during and outside of training sessions. It’s a privilege to be held in such high accountability and the clubs intention is for there to be one of β€˜ME’ at every training session across our 30+ teams.

Take a look at the GREAT things they are doing πŸ’™

β€œEverything has beauty, but not everyone sees it.” – Confucius

The early morning feels like a secret world that belongs only to the few who are awake.

The air is crisp, cool, and untouched by the noise and rush of the coming day.

Traffic is absent, and the usual demands of life have not yet started to press in.

Watching the sun crest the horizon feels like a magnificent show put on just for the quiet observer.

Birds begin their first songs of the day, a tradition as old as time.

Early morning light helps anchor your internal clock and clear your mind.

Witnessing the dawn offers a piece of quiet magic that can steady you no matter what the day brings.

A symphony of soft edges and quiet thoughts.

A blurry dayβ€”where time feels soft, slow, and unstructuredβ€”can bring unexpected peace by freeing you from the pressure to constantly achieve or track your hours.

Why Quiet Days Feel Good
* Real Rest: Your brain stops racing to plan the next task.
* Low Pressure: You do not have to check off a long to-do list.
* Simple Focus: Small comforts like a warm drink or a quiet room feel richer.

How to Enjoy a Slow Day
* Ignore the Clock: Put your phone away and stop watching the time.
* Do Low-Energy Tasks: Read a book, listen to music, or rest without guilt.
* Accept the Haze: Let the hours blend together instead of trying to force high productivity.

Who’s coming to practice with me on the last day of August !?

Bank holiday Monday (31st) August, join me at Everyone Active for our Vinyasa yoga to start off your day.

I’ll be offering my regular classes of 9am or 10am (depending on how much of a slower start you’d prefer)

Monday morning yoga sets a positive, calm tone for the entire week by reducing stress, it increases your daytime energy, waking up your body.

β€˜Come as you are’

No pressure: You do not need special clothes, a fancy mat, or prior experience.
True acceptance: You bring your tired, happy, sad, or stressed self to practice.
No performance: You move to breathe and feel, not to look perfect. Hitchin Swimming and Fitness Centre

We’re drawing closer to the end of our summer I ask myself Did I do enough with my kids this summer? ❀️

I always seem to ask myself that when summer starts coming to an end. Should we have done more? Gone more places? Made more plans? Did I make it special enough?

It’s so easy to look back and focus on everything we didn’t do instead of everything we did.

We took a trip to the Suffolk and Brighton in the UK, saw so many amazing places, My parents took them away to beautiful Whitby and my boys got to experience France for the first time on a road trip . πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸŒ That alone gave us memories I know I’ll hold onto forever. When we come home we jump right into school and work pretty much.
It was busy, and honestly, summer went by so fast.

Not every day was exciting. We had normal days, tired days, and days where we didn’t really do much at all. But I’m starting to realise that every day doesn’t have to be some huge adventure to matter.

We traveled together. We laughed. We tried new things. I got to watch my kids experience something completely new and continue growing into their own people!

So maybe I didn’t do everything I could have done this summer. But when I look back at the memories we made, I think I did enough. We found a beautiful balance to fulfil everyone’s needs and we’ll leave with FULL cups ✨

I think we had a really good summer. ❀️
