Mum and Baby Fitness Classes have begun!
Every Wednesday at 10:00am in Wilbury Way, Hitchin!
Babies are welcome along, but classes are for all levels, those with older children looking to find consistency and support with their training and prenatal and postnatal clients also.

Hey Everyone, in light of what’s currently happening in the UK, January could see us at home and staying safe, so I have put together a timetable to keep us active and healthy in mind and body, join me in keeping fit and connecting with others.
I am running Bumps and Mamas classes suitable for pre and post natal mothers, as well as individual classes to support pregnant women and those looking to recovery after birth focussing on areas such as core, posture and pelvic floor health.

PRE AND POST NATAL DECEMBER CLASSES
I am going to be running a few classes on the lead up to Christmas, 2 studio based classes and one via zoom.

BUMPS & MAMAS (bodyweight) - a class designed and delivered for pre and post natal clients, no equipment required, virtual via zoom and focussing on cardiovascular fitness, stamina and loosing weight/maintaining a healthy weight during pregnancy and general fitness.
POSTNATAL CORE RECOVERY WORKSHOP - a gentle class aimed to support women after birth with their post natal recovery, strengthening the core and helping to repair separation, mat work.
BUMPS AND MAMAS - STRENGTH - a class specially designed and delivered for pre and post natal clients, using light weights to strengthen and tone the body

NEW CLASS TIME TABLE - BOOKING ESSENTIAL

I’ve just released new class dates.
I’ve introduced a NEW format for my outdoor classes and calling it BUMPS & MAMA HIIT, the excercises are pre and post natal appropriate but the class now caters for women who are past post natal and who have older children, babies and children of all ages welcome (like a buggysize class) and the park is right near by for older kids.
SCULPT classes are back (swipe left for details), split between studio evening and weekends outdoors.
