Bike fit with Renato, who was suffering from discomfort on his new bike. We made some changes including compensating for his significant leg-length discrepancy. We moved the saddle right back to get his pedalling action better - the bike also needs a shorter stem but is bike specific so needs to be done separately, before Renato comes back for it to be checked (further visits are included in the price).

Bike fits and saddle testing are included in our coaching packages, and also available separately.

Welcome to the team Sarah! Sarah started triathlon when she saw a Sprint distance triathlon advertised at her local leisure centre in 2023. She has been a keen recreational cyclist since she was a teenager but never done much running or swimming. Since that first Sprint event she caught the triathlon bug and has completed multiple Sprint & Olympic distance events including Royal Windsor. In 2026 she hopes to complete some cycling time trials and her first Half-Ironman distance triathlon.

Bike fit with Katherine yesterday. After removing the wedges from her cleats (from a previous bike fit) we made some fairly typical changes: raising the saddle height and pushing it further back, as well as lowering the bars. We also tried a new saddle at several different angles in an attempt to improve on her saddle comfort, which has been an issue for her. She has taken the saddle away on trial.
