Wednesday 7.30-8.30pm £5 DANCE FITNESS 😍

A fun and super friendly dance Fitness class with no routines to remember. No dance experience needed, just follow along and enjoy yourself. We dance to a huge mix of music and sing along while we go. A great class if you are looking to sweat and work hard. The class has VERY LIMITED SPACE so be quick if you like to snap a place up.

Thursday 6.45-8pm. FUN ADULT DANCE CLASS 🤩
£7.

This class is slightly different which includes learning a variety of dance routines. Disco freestyle, street dance, line dancing and more! All abilities and ages welcome. 😊 we go over routines each week so you are never left behind. This class is new to Ipswich so come along and join us us! 💪🏻

How much is the class??

🍭 just £5 for an hours class! And pay as you go each week!

What age is the class aimed at?

🍭 ALL AGES!!!! from 16 years up.

But I can’t/have never danced before!

🍭 who cares!! It’s watch and follow, no routines to remember and no one judges.

I don’t have someone to go with?

🍭 come alone! Lots of our ladies come alone and soon make friends as our class really is super friendly.

⭐️ funky tunes, fun and friendly people, no upfront payment, no judgement just a great way to have some you time and enjoy!

⭐️ 7pm arrival to sit down at 7.30pm☃️☃️☃️

Buck’s Fizz or orange juice on arrival 🥂
Including a mini festive hot sausage/ vegetarian roll 😍

Your evening will consist of a luxury buffet including carved meats, hot potato’s and bread, pastries, salads and more. Followed by dessert, tea or coffee, mints and a mince pie.

Come along and enjoy the build up to Xmas with your dance friends. Lots of ballroom, latin and sequence dancing plus games and more.
