HIngham Sports Centre offers a wide range of sport and social activities. Multigym

equipment is installed around the playing fields and is free to use. There is a small skatepark on site, owned and maintained by Hingham Town Council and a fenced children's playspace. Abraham's Bar & Clubhouse has a comfortable bar and lounge area on site, offering affordable membership and serving a range of alcoholic/light refreshments as well as hosting social events, darts and pool. There are a wide range of Sports Clubs based at the Centre:

* Pickleball
* Badminton
* Tabletennis
* Two adult football teams
* Youth football
* Adult and youth cricket
* Archery
* Over 60's short mat bowls
* Judo
* Tennis

We hire individual courts and equipment to play Badminton, Pickleball or Table Tennis. The hall is also available for hire, along with a kitchen, for small events such as craft fairs, collector's fairs and children's parties. We offer reduced rates of hire for charity or community events, and for funeral gatherings for HIngham residents. Hingham Tennis is hosting an open day on Saturday 20th June from midday until 4.00 pm. Join us for some free coaching for both adults and kids from our LTA level 3 coach Jonathan Lindner, some fun social play and light refreshments.
Sessions will be run as follows:

• 12.00 to 12.30 pm under 6s
• 12.30 to 1.00 pm under 10s
• 1.00 to 1.30 pm 11+
• 1.30 to 2.00 pm cardio taster for adults
• 2.00 to 3.00 pm adults coaching
• 3.00 to 4.00 pm adults social play

Many of our existing members will be in attendance giving you an opportunity to chat about the benefits of playing tennis not only for your physical but also your mental health and also the benefits that come with a Hingham Tennis membership.

Rackets and balls will be provided so if you’ve never played tennis before or you’re a bit rusty come along and give us a try. Wear some non-slip sports shoes and bring water and hopefully some sunscreen. Kids under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Abrahams Bar will be open for purchasing anything a little stronger!

Breckland take on Scarning United Football Club today in the CSNL Division 2. With two meetings between the sides this season already with a 5-0 win and 1-0 win both going to Breckland. Get down to Hingham to support the lads in their last home game of the season as the Stags still push for promotion.
