Harlequin School of Dance is genuinely excited to welcome friends old and new, as they proudly present their special 30th anniversary show simply called “THIRTY YEARS OF DANCING”, at The Palace Theatre in Mansfield on Easter week (Thursday 4th to Saturday 6th April).

The pupils and staff genuinely love what they do, and wish to share this with you. They have all worked incredibly hard to bring their very best performance to the stage, with some very seasoned performers, a range of stunning vocal talent, spectacular costumes and some extremely passionate “newbies ”.
Feel free to come along and bring a friend or two in the Easter holidays to celebrate this milestone event, creating some lasting memories, whereas chocolates and flowers will be gone soon after.

Harlequin School of Dance is saddened to learn of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
Her inspirational legacy proves testament to her selfless sense of duty and commitment to 70 years of Public service.
She had many roles in those 70 years, not least Patron of the Royal Ballet.
Our thoughts are with the Royal Family at this sorrowful time, she will be deeply missed.

Good morning everyone.

Ok it has to be said, we all knew it was a good show, but everyone without exception has surpassed themselves, and what we have created together is just truly spectacular.

This is not marketing speak or self promotion, it was truly exceptional! (ask anyone who was there)

What was witnessed last night at The Palace Theatre was a really polished performance by a group of enthusiastic people, both onstage, side stage and behind the scenes.

Miss Debbie had a conversation with our First Aid technician who was able to see the show, and has nothing to do with our school or the theatre and his words were “ I didn’t know what to expect, but I certainly wasn’t expecting that - it was amazing!”

Over the years, we are always amazed at what children are capable of when guided and allowed to be creative, and the confident and enthusiastic performances on stage last night absolutely confirmed this.

This is YOUR show, and everyone MUST take pride in this absolutely stunning achievement!

We are very proud of you all, and so looking forward to showing everyone off again tonight, and again on Friday and Saturday evening.

We are not overfond of this phrase, as it gets over used but we actually did SMASH IT!!

Hi everyone,

Wishing you all a good week ahead.

After watching the show routines develop over the last couple of weeks I’m very excited to see them up on stage at the Palace Theatre.

The performers are working extremely hard to perfect the numbers and everything is looking great.

It would be lovely if we could fill more seats in the auditorium by telling family, friends, teachers etc about the show and encouraging them to come and see it. We’ve still got seats available for all nights and would love to see them occupied for the sake of all our performers.

Let’s give them the audience they deserve

Everyone is now getting really excited about the show in April. The routines are looking fantastic and the anticipation is definitely rising.

Please don't forget to get your tickets, and tell all your friends, family, teachers, work colleagues, distant relatives that they must not miss this opportunity to see this wonderful spectacle.
