It’s also Summer Solstice month, and we’ll be hosting not one, but two workshops for the occasion - one on Friday 19th with to include a blend of EcoNidra, breath work and a warming gathering around the fire pit as the sun sets
( 7:45pm-9:30pm)

AND

Something a little more creative - and @ will be joining us for an extra special day of yoga and jewellery making - everyone will go home with their very own handmade pendant ( a little gift for a loved one … or from me to me perhaps ?)
