🚨 FIRST TEAM MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

Crofton Saints FC are delighted to confirm our new-look First Team Management Team ahead of the upcoming season.

Current First Team Manager Darren Clark will be joined by Dan Bishop as Joint Manager. Dan brings a wealth of experience from his time with Horndean, Moneyfields and Hayling United, along with extensive knowledge of football across the Hampshire Premier League.

Joining the management team as Assistant Manager is Darren Izzard, who previously spent time with the Reserve Team setup at Fareham Town and adds valuable experience to the First Team environment.

Dan Stobbs joins the club as First Team Coach and is currently working towards his UEFA B Licence. Having spent a number of years working alongside Dan Bishop, including at Moneyfields last season, Dan brings excellent coaching experience and a strong understanding of the standards and expectations within the management team.

We are also pleased to welcome Jayden Rideout as Goalkeeper Coach. Jayden has previously spent time at Hayling United and Fleetlands and will oversee our goalkeeping department on both training nights and matchdays.

Together, the new management team brings a wealth of experience from across the Hampshire Premier League and beyond, and we look forward to seeing them lead the First Team into an exciting new chapter for the club.

📌 About the Role
Crofton Saints FC are seeking an ambitious and experienced coach to join our First Team as Joint Manager for the 2026/27 season.

As a club, we are targeting promotion to Step 6 for the first time in our history and are strengthening our management structure to support that goal.

The role includes involvement in training, matchdays, and overall First Team management, working alongside the current manager.

👤 Ideal Candidate
• Experience within men’s football (Step 6 / Wessex League or similar)
• FA Qualified (UEFA C minimum)
• Confident delivering structured training sessions
• Strong tactical and matchday understanding
• Motivated to develop and progress in coaching
• Able to work collaboratively in a joint role

A huge night under the lights as we head to AFC Stoneham to face Fareham Town Development in the final.

We took the trip this afternoon to Broughton knowing a win would secure 4th place in our first ever season in the Hampshire Premier League Senior Division.

The lads delivered a controlled performance from start to finish and secure the 3 points required.

A proper team performance to finish the season the right way! 👏🏼

Result: AFC Shirley 4–1 Crofton Saints.

A tough afternoon in difficult, wet conditions. We conceded a couple of poor goals once again in the first half. We improved in the second half but struggled to get anything out of the game. Shirley deserved the three points this afternoon.
