Looking for a fun, uplifting way to shake off the week, build body confidence, and get a great workout without feeling like you’re just "doing cardio"? 💃✨
Come join our brand new Bellydance Fitness class designed exclusively for ladies! Whether you're a complete beginner who has never shimmied before or you just want to rediscover the joy of movement, this class is for you.
We are creating a warm, supportive, and absolutely zero-judgment space to celebrate our bodies, learn beautiful movements, and have a giggle together.
🎶 What to expect:
A fantastic low-impact cardio and core workout (your abs will thank you!).
Easy-to-follow, beautiful bellydance steps broken down step-by-step.
Hypnotic music, amazing energy, and a wonderful community of local women.

💰 Investment: £6 per class
What to wear: Just comfy gym clothes/leggings and bare feet or socks. (Optional: Bring a hip scarf if you have one, but we'll have plenty to share!)
