I’ve always been passionate about health and fitness because of how it makes me feel and how I look in my clothes.

I’m here to help you find that balance too, where you can feel strong, confident and healthy without extremes, restriction or the all-or-nothing approach.

I’m in better shape now than I was in my 20s, not because I do more, but because I’ve learned what actually works.

You don’t need to punish yourself to feel good in your body. You just need the right approach, and I want to help you find it.
