Round 2 of the ever brilliant Worcestershire Midweek series took us to Arrow Valley in Redditch for 12k of mixed terrain. Much debate about shoe choice concluded that whatever you chose was wrong 🤣. Some strong runs got 7 SRC runners in the top 21, with 3 in the top 10.

Massive congratulations to Adrian on taking 2nd place at the Grand Union canal race in a blistering 29:07:00. An absolutely incredible achievement.
The race is a 145 mile run along the Grand Union canal starting in Birmingham and finishing in London.
Caution is advised for the last pic showing the state of his feet at the end 🦶

2 PB’s and 1 place on the club records list. Huge congrats to Chris and Ezra who both posted very sharp times at Chester Half.
Chris ran a super fast 1:20:18 to put him 3rd for M40’s on the club records list.
Ezra was not far behind with an also rapid 1:21:12.
