Is your child ready to dance, learn, grow and have lots of fun along the way? 💃🕺✨

We’re excited to launch our new Little Dancers ‘First Steps’ & ‘Rising Stars’ classes at Ellis Dance Club!

Designed for children who are either completely new to Ballroom & Latin or already have some experience, our unique class structure means both levels learn together, at the same time, with activities and exercises tailored to help every child progress. ⭐️

💙 FIRST STEPS

Perfect for children who are completely new to Ballroom & Latin dancing. We’ll introduce the foundations in a fun, encouraging and age-appropriate way.

⭐ RISING STARS

For children who already have some Ballroom & Latin experience and want to develop their technique, skills and knowledge through more focused work.

Our expertly devised programme means children can learn, practise and improve together, whatever their starting point.

And dancing isn’t just about learning steps…

✨ STRICTLY IS COMING BACK… SO WHY NOT JOIN US ON THE DANCE FLOOR? ✨

The weather has turned now so that means the sequins are coming out, the fake tan is marinating and the countdown to Strictly Come Dancing is officially ON! 💃🕺

And if watching the celebs twirl round doing a Waltz, Cha Cha, Foxtrot or even a Jive has you thinking “I’d love to have a go…” — this is your sign!

Our Adults ‘First Steps’ Ballroom & Latin Beginners class is designed for complete beginners, or anyone who fancies getting back to basics in a friendly, relaxed and welcoming environment.

Over this course, we’ll be getting to grips with Waltz & Cha Cha, building your confidence, learning the fundamentals and, most importantly, having a blooming good time doing it! 😂

And you don’t need to turn up looking like a Strictly professional either — no partner, no experience and no fancy footwork required. Just bring yourself and we’ll take care of the rest. ❤️

We have introduced you to smooth waltz and tango.

At our next pop up classes, on 24th & 26th September we will introduce you to smooth foxtrot & v.waltz

She might only be 8 years old, but don’t let the size fool you… this girl has some SERIOUS power! 🔥

Having only just turned 8, Bella is already making big waves in the U10 scene after being crowned DOUBLE NATD National Champion in Blackpool in her last ever U8 “Rainbow” competition this July 🏆🌈

Just look at that power, poise and performance…now that is Jive energy! 💥

This is what happens when you give a child the chance to dance, perform, compete and believe in themselves.

✨GRAND FINALS QUALIFIER✨

We had a great Sunday morning at the Grand Finals Qualifier in Gillingham, and what a result for our small team of Juveniles! 🏆

For many of them, this was their first ever Grand Finals competition, and we couldn’t be prouder that they have all now qualified for this year’s Grand Finals in November! 🎉

Our finalists achieved an amazing set of results, with all finalists finishing in the top three:

🏆 8 x 1st places
🥈 11 x 2nd places
🥉 5 x 3rd places

And in the Solo section we also had:

⭐ 1 Semi-Finalist
⭐ 2 Quarter-Finalists

A huge well done to every single one of you. What a brilliant first step into the Grand Finals scene!💙

A special thank you to Janine and Rianna for partnering the children and for all your hard work and effort throughout the day.👏

And there’s no slowing down at EDC… 💃
