Hey 👋🏼 I’m a 31-year-old PT & online coach based in Welwyn, Hertfordshire, and I’ve very recently built my own fully equipped private gym 🖤💪🏼
This is where I run my 1-1 PT sessions and film all of my online workouts 🎥🔥
I’m also a mum of two gorgeous little girls — Lily (3) & Evie (10 months) 💕

Before fitness, my background was in dance & musical theatre, and my love for movement naturally led me into the fitness industry to support my own training.
I still work as a wedding choreographer & dance show choreographer, and you’ll occasionally catch me posting the odd dance video 💃🏼 (when life with two babies and a business allows 😅 — something I definitely want to get back to more!)

I’ve recently started having lymphatic drainage massages and I can honestly say I’ve loved every session 🤍
For anyone who doesn’t know, lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage technique that helps stimulate the lymphatic system. It’s amazing for inflammation, recovery, and just feeling lighter and more energised ✨

It’s almost time to wave goodbye to 2025 👋🏼
This year:
- We waved goodbye to the original JM gym
- moved house past due date
- welcomed baby Evie into the world
- have experienced sleep deprivation on a whole new level
- constantly rushed off my feet being a mummy to my two beautiful girlies, I wouldn’t have it any other way!
- continued to host JM classes and train clients online achieving some amazing results
- built a brand new JM gym studio ready for 2026!
- ran Hertfordshires half marathon as my ‘comeback run!’

It’s been a whirlwind of a year to say the least. Thank you for your continued support and coming along the chaotic journey with me!

I’m looking forward to seeing what 2026 has to offer!!! 🙌🏼
