How’s it going gang, just thought I’d remind you a little bit about myself! ⚽⛳💪🏽🎮.

⚽️ football? Absolutely. I love it and I always have the urge to start up again, I’ve been an Arsenal supporter my whole life and yes… I’ve been through the trenches in doing so 😅🤣

⛳ Golf is my zen… and also my biggest stress 🤣 I might not be a pro, but I've got my own style on the course. Swing and hope for the best, right?

💪🏽 Working out? Yup, I throw some weights around. Not for the gram, but because feeling healthy and strong is a passion of mine 🏋🏽‍♂️

🎮 Gaming? Guilty as charged. When life gets too serious, you'll find me escaping to virtual worlds. Not an ounce of guilt about this either. You got to catch ‘em all 👾

🚨 Client transformation 🚨

Been lucky enough to work with Georgia for the best part of 4 years now.

And in that time we have worked towards many goals 🥇

Initially Georgia come to me to lose weight, However, we stepped into powerlifting and strength training shortly after achieving our first weight loss goal! 🏋🏼‍♀️

Since then we’ve going in cycles training between physique and performance to suit our goals throughout the year 📈

Lifting weights hasn’t made us bulky, it’s made us strong, athletic and capable 👊🏽

Huge shout out to for not quitting or giving up when things get hard 🏆
