"The fitness industry has been talking at women for decades. I decided to actually listen."

There is a version of the Confident Body Club that would have been easy to build.

A generic twelve week programme.
A meal plan.
A before and after testimonial on the landing page.

A promise that if you just follow the plan and stay disciplined you will get the result. Simple to package, simple to sell, completely indistinguishable from the hundreds of other things women in their 30s have already tried and already been let down by.

I did not build that.

What I built instead started with a question.

Not "what do women want to buy?" but "what do women actually need?" And then we listened.

The Confident Body Club is built around those women.

Around the reality of their lives — not some idealised version of it.

Around their energy levels and their hormones and their responsibilities and the fact that they do not have limitless time and motivation and that is not a character flaw, that is just being human.

It is online coaching at a price point that does not require you to choose between this and something else important. It is a real programme, real support, and a real person in your corner — not an algorithm and a PDF.

We have women inside right now who are showing up for themselves in ways they had not managed in years. Not because they suddenly found more willpower. Because they finally had the right support around them.

At the end of May — what we offer gets significantly better. Something we have been building for months is almost ready. And I cannot wait to show you what it looks like.

Follow this page. You do not want to miss what is coming.

Drop a comment below — tell me the one thing you wish your fitness routine actually had. I will reply to every single one.

"I'm a man who coaches women. Here's exactly why."
I know what you're thinking. And fair enough.

But hear me out.

My name is Sean. I work with women between 30 and 40 who are completely exhausted by the way the fitness industry speaks to them.

The crash diets. The before and afters. The "just push through it" mentality from coaches who have never actually listened.

I built something different. A coaching programme built around your real life — not some idealised version of it.

And at the end of May, something I have been working on for months is going live. Something I am genuinely proud of.

If this sounds like it might be for you — follow along. Something big is coming.

Drop a comment below if you are tired of fitness feeling like punishment. I read every single one.

One of the biggest reasons food feels hard…

Isn’t actually the food.

It’s the thinking.

From the moment you wake up, you’re already making decisions.

What needs doing today
Who needs what from you
What’s urgent
What can wait

Your brain is constantly switched on 🔁

So by the time it gets to food…

You’re already mentally tired.

And that’s when things like this start to happen:

“I can’t be bothered to think about what to eat.”
“I’ll just grab something quick.”
“I’ll sort it out properly tomorrow.”

Not because you don’t care.

But because you’ve run out of decision-making energy.

This is what most plans ignore.

They assume you’ve got:

loads of time
loads of focus
loads of mental energy

But in reality?

You’re juggling a lot.

So instead of making food more complicated…

It needs to become simpler.

That might look like:
✔ repeating meals you enjoy
✔ having “go-to” options ready
✔ not trying to be different every day
✔ removing as many decisions as possible

Because the easier it is to decide…

The easier it is to stick to.

And when something feels easy to follow?

You stop overthinking it.

And that’s when things start to feel manageable again 🙌

21/04/2026

It’s only Tuesday…

And already it feels a bit harder than yesterday.

Not massively.

Just… slightly.

You woke up this morning and the motivation wasn’t quite the same 😅

You didn’t feel as “on it.”
You didn’t feel as clear.
You didn’t feel as ready to go.

And that’s usually where the shift starts.

Because Monday feels like a fresh start.

Tuesday?

Feels like real life creeping back in.

Work is picking up 💻
You’re a bit more tired
Your schedule feels tighter
Things are already a bit less “perfect” than you planned

And this is the moment most people don’t realise is happening…

You start negotiating with yourself.

“I’ll skip today and do it tomorrow.”
“I’ll just be a bit more relaxed this week.”
“It’s only one day, it doesn’t matter.”

And none of those thoughts are wrong.

But stacked together?

They slowly pull you away from the routine you were trying to build.

And by the time you realise it…

You’re back in that cycle again 🔁

That’s why Tuesday matters more than Monday.

Because Monday is driven by motivation.

Tuesday is where consistency starts to get tested.

Not on your best day.

But on your most normal one.

The goal isn’t to feel perfect today.

It’s just to stay in it.

Even if that means:
✔ a shorter workout
✔ a slightly better food choice
✔ doing something instead of nothing

Because those “not perfect” days?

They’re the ones that actually move you forward 📈

There’s a moment like this… that most people never see.Not the finished result. Not the progress photo. Not the “after.”Bu...

There’s a moment like this… that most people never see.

Not the finished result.
Not the progress photo.
Not the “after.”

But the bit in the middle.

Where you’re unsure.
Where you’re thinking,
“Am I even doing this right?”
“Is this actually working?”
“Why does this feel harder than it should?”

And this is where most people fall off.

Not because they don’t care.
Not because they’re not trying.

But because they’re doing it alone.

Second guessing every decision.
Overthinking every workout.
Questioning every food choice.

And eventually…

It just becomes too much to keep up with.

That’s the difference having the right support makes.

It’s not about being pushed harder.

It’s about having someone there to:
✔ guide you
✔ simplify things
✔ adjust when life gets busy
✔ keep you moving forward when you’d normally stop

Because when you stop trying to figure everything out on your own…

Everything starts to feel lighter.

More manageable.

More doable.

That’s exactly what we’ve built inside our coaching.

Not just workouts.
Not just nutrition.

But real support — for real life.

We’re launching our new app very soon 🚀

And if you’re tired of feeling like you’re guessing your way through this on your own…

Message us “APP”.

We’ll show you how it works.

No pressure. Just proper support.

It’s Monday. 🥱

And part of you feels ready. 💪🏼

You’ve woken up thinking,
“Right… this is my week.”

☑️ You want to feel more in control.
☑️ You want to feel better in yourself.
☑️ You want to actually follow through this time.

And that feeling is real.

But there’s another part of you… quieter, but still there…

That’s not fully convinced.

Because you’ve had this feeling before.

You’ve started a Monday feeling exactly like this.

🧘‍♀️ Focused.
⚡️ Motivated.
🤫 Certain that this time will be different.

And for a few days, it usually is.

✅ You make better choices.
✅ You move more.
✅ You feel like you’re finally getting somewhere again.

But then something shifts.

😵 Work gets busier than expected.
👎🏻 Your energy dips.
🖐🏻 Your routine gets disrupted slightly.

And suddenly…

The plan that felt manageable on Monday
starts to feel like too much by Thursday.

So things slip.

Not all at once.

Just gradually.

A missed workout here.
A “quick” food choice there.
A bit less effort because you’re tired.

Until eventually…

You’re back in that familiar place of thinking:

“I’ve fallen off again.”

And that’s the frustrating part.

Because you can do it.

You’ve proved that.

You’re not starting from zero.

You just keep getting pulled back into the same cycle.

And it makes you question yourself.

“Why can’t I just stick to something?”
“Why does this always happen?”
“What am I doing wrong?”

But what if you’re not doing anything wrong?

What if you’ve just been trying to follow things that:

only work when your week is smooth
only work when your energy is high
only work when life isn’t getting in the way

Because let’s be honest…

That’s not most weeks.

That’s the exception.

So instead of needing another “perfect Monday”…

You need something that still works on a messy Wednesday.

A tired Thursday.

A “I can’t really be bothered today” kind of day.

Because that’s where consistency actually lives.

Not in your motivation.

But in what you can stick to when motivation fades.

“Should I be working out at home… or going to the gym?” 😵‍💫

It’s one of the most common questions we get.

And the honest answer?

It doesn’t actually matter as much as you think. 😉

Because the “best” option isn’t the one that looks the most impressive…

It’s the one you’ll actually stick to.

Here’s what usually happens…

You tell yourself you should go to the gym.

Because it feels like the “proper” thing to do.

🏋🏻‍♀️ Better equipment.
✨ Better environment.
💪🏼 Feels more serious.

But then reality kicks in.

You’ve got to:

🚗 Get there
⌛️ Find the time
⚡️ Have the energy
💪🏼 Feel confident walking in

And suddenly it becomes a much bigger task than it needs to be.

So you put it off.

Again.

On the flip side…

Home workouts feel easier to start.

🚫 No travel.
🚫 No pressure.
🚫 No one watching.

But sometimes you:

🫨 Get distracted
🥱 Don’t push yourself as much
😵‍💫 Aren’t sure what to do

So you stop doing those as well.

And this is where most people get stuck…

Going back and forth between the two.

Trying to decide which one is “better”…

instead of choosing the one that actually fits their life.

Because here’s the truth:

A simple 25–30 minute workout you do consistently at home
will always beat a “perfect” gym plan you don’t stick to.

And equally…

If you enjoy the gym and it fits your routine?

That’s just as effective.

The key isn’t where you train.

It’s whether your setup makes it easy to show up regularly.

That’s what we focus on.

Removing friction.

Making things feel manageable.

So you’re not constantly relying on motivation to get started.

Because once showing up feels easier…

Everything else starts to fall into place.

Over the last few months, we’ve had the same conversation with so many women…

“I know what I should be doing… I just can’t seem to stick to it.”

And if you’re honest, you’ve probably felt that too.

It’s not a lack of information.

You already know the basics:
Move more.
Eat better.
Be more consistent.

But knowing something… and actually being able to apply it in your life are two very different things.

Because your life isn’t built for:

long workouts every day
perfectly planned meals
loads of spare time and energy

Your life is busy.

You’ve got responsibilities.
People relying on you.
A schedule that doesn’t always go to plan.

And most of the stuff out there?

It doesn’t take any of that into account.

Which is exactly why it feels so hard to stick to.

So we decided to build something that does.

Something that works with your life… not against it.

Inside our coaching, everything is designed to feel:
Simple.
Clear.
Manageable.

So instead of constantly feeling like you’re “starting again”…

You actually feel like you’re moving forward.

You don’t need to be perfect.

You just need something you can stick to on a normal, busy week.

That’s exactly what this is.

We’re about to launch our brand new app very soon — and it’s been built specifically for women who feel like they’ve tried everything… but nothing has quite fit.

If you want to see how it works, or you’re curious whether it could work for you…

Message us “APP” and we’ll talk you through it.

No pressure. Just a proper conversation.

18/04/2026

“You just need more motivation.”

Honestly?

That’s probably one of the most unhelpful things you can hear when you’re struggling. 🤫

Because it makes it sound like the problem is you. 🫵

Like you’re the one who’s missing something.

But let’s break that down properly…

You’ve had motivation before. 🙌🏻

You’ve had those moments where something just clicks and you think:

“Right… this is it. I’m doing this properly now.”

✅ You feel focused.
✅ You feel ready.
✅ You feel like you’re finally going to stick to it.

And for a few days — maybe even a couple of weeks — you do.

✅ You’re more consistent.
✅ You’re more aware.
✅ You’re putting the effort in.

So motivation clearly isn’t the issue.

Because you can be motivated.

The problem is what happens after that.

Because eventually…

😵‍💫 Work gets busy.
😵 Life gets hectic.
💤 You feel more tired than usual.
🫨 Your routine gets thrown off slightly.

And suddenly, the plan you were following starts to feel… heavy.

It takes too long.
It requires too much thought.
It feels like another thing you have to get “right.”

So naturally… you start to drift away from it.

Not because you don’t care.

But because it no longer fits the version of your life you’re currently living.

That’s the difference most people miss.

A good plan isn’t one that works when you feel motivated.

It’s one that still works when you don’t.

It should still feel manageable when:

you’re tired
you’re busy
your week isn’t going to plan
you can’t be bothered

Because those are the days that matter most.

Anyone can be consistent on their best week.

Progress actually comes from what you do on your most normal ones.

That’s why we focus on:
✔ simple structure
✔ realistic workouts
✔ flexible food
✔ removing as much overthinking as possible

Because when things feel simpler…

They become easier to stick to.

And when you stick to something?

That’s when things start to change.

18/04/2026

You didn’t wake up this morning thinking,
“Yeah… today’s the day I fall off track again.”

That wasn’t the plan.

You probably had every intention of doing something for yourself.

Maybe you thought about getting a workout in.
Maybe you said you’d be a bit more mindful with food.
Maybe you just wanted to feel a bit more in control again.

And then the day started.

You checked your phone.
Messages. Emails. Notifications.
Someone already needed something from you.

You got into work mode.
Or mum mode.
Or just “get through the day” mode.

And before you even had a chance to think about yourself properly…

You were already playing catch-up.

The hours go by quickly when your attention is constantly pulled in different directions.

One minute it’s morning…
next minute it’s mid-afternoon…
and then suddenly it’s the evening and you’re finally sitting down for the first time all day.

And that’s usually when it hits you.

“I didn’t do anything I said I would today.”

No workout.
Food choices weren’t great.
You didn’t get that moment to yourself you thought you would.

And it’s frustrating.

Because it’s not that you don’t care.

It’s not that this isn’t important to you.

It’s that everything else just felt more urgent.

More immediate.
More necessary.

So you pushed yourself down the list.
Again.

And the more this happens…
the more it starts to feel like you’re constantly behind.

Like you’re always trying to “get back on track”
instead of actually being on it.

Then the thoughts creep in…

“I need to be more disciplined.”
“I just need to try harder.”
“Why can’t I stick to anything?”

But here’s the truth.

You don’t need more pressure.
You don’t need stricter rules.
You don’t need another “fresh start Monday.”

You need something that actually fits into your life…

Not something that only works when your life is quiet, calm, and perfectly organised.

Be honest - when is that ever the case?

You’re not failing.

You’ve just been trying to follow things that don’t match the reality of your day-to-day life.

And until that changes…

It will always feel harder than it needs to.

Same jeans. 10kg difference.

This is something we see all the time.

So many women think the goal is to be as small as possible.

But being smaller doesn’t always mean feeling better.

Under eating.
Over training.
Constantly exhausted.
Trying to be “perfect”.

It’s not sustainable — and it’s not enjoyable.

The goal isn’t just weight loss.
It’s building a body you feel strong, confident and in control in.

That’s why everything we focus on is:
Structure.
Balance.
Sustainability.

Because results should fit your life — not take over it!

If you’re tired of the all-or-nothing cycle, we’re here to help 🤍
