South Wye Ladies' Fitness Group

South Wye Ladies' Fitness Group Ladies' fitness group based at the Hinton Community Centre's gym- which is home to the South Wye Police Boxing Club.

The 45 minute high energy sessions are non-contact and include boxing drills and circuits.

Just a reminder that the gym is shut on Saturday 28 March & 4 April.

This is to enable a new floor to be laid in the gym and some other works carried out.

The community centre has been very fortunate to be awarded funding so this, and other improvements, can be carried out.

The centre is very grateful to the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and Herefordshire Council for providing the very substantial funding.
