🏆 Match Report – Jaguars vs Ledbury 🐆⚽
What a difference three weeks makes! From a slow start to a dominant performance, the Jaguars were on fire today, showing exactly what they’re made of with a commanding display against Ledbury.
Despite carrying an injury, Lexi was outstanding in goal – fearless as always and pulling off some crucial saves to keep the team in control. She was brilliantly supported by the defensive trio of Ariya, Alice, and Phoebe, who were rock-solid at the back. Their positioning, composure, and teamwork were key to keeping Ledbury at bay, especially when Lexi needed support.
In midfield, Annabelle, Alaria, Elsie, and Ari worked tirelessly from box to box. There were fantastic link-up plays, high energy, and great tracking back to help the defence. Alaria netted two brilliant goals, and Annabelle showed composure with a strong penalty finish. Elsie did a superb job holding off a strong attacker, showing just how much her confidence and game awareness are growing.
Up front, Delalah impressed with her speed, smart play, and fearlessness in 1v1 situations. She grabbed a great assist, was unlucky not to score, and continually linked up well with midfield.
It was a performance packed with energy, teamwork, and determination – a day full of positives and progress. Every single Jaguar gave 110% and should be incredibly proud of the shift they put in against a strong Ledbury side especially with no subs.

Eva has been making fantastic progress with her football development. Today was her first session back after the summer, and she showed just how much effort she’s been putting in — performing brilliantly throughout. 👏

One of her key development goals has been to improve her shooting accuracy and power, and it’s clear to see her practice is really paying off. 🎯💪

What’s just as impressive is how much her confidence has grown, both on and off the ball. With her attitude, work ethic, and determination, Eva has a very bright footballing future ahead. 🌟

Brilliant result Well done Ladies ⚽️💙

Lads Club Ladies had their first pre season friendly today, starting out as we ended last season playing Belmont Wanderers.

Last time the two teams faced, Belmont took the win in the last game of the season.

The girls started strong today and took advantage of a few chances early on, within 20 minutes they were 3-0 up. Belmont cottoned onto the game plan and resisted the Ladies for the next 70 minutes but what a game it was.

Credit to both teams for enduring the heat this afternoon.

Well done to Belmont who played some lovely football thoughout the game. Thanks for coming to have a run out before September!

Onwards and upwards for the girls in Blue, more pre season friendlies to come as we prepare for the 25/26 season!

Players of the match for both coaches and players today were hard to choose but well done to both Lauren Davies and Els Taylor for some lovely stuff on their debuts. 💙
