It’s that time again! We’re kicking things off Friday, 21st November at 7PM, a little earlier this year before the December rush hits.

We’ll be meeting at The Unit for a few drinks and a social, then anyone who fancies can head into town together for some festive beverages 🍻

Herefords Strongest 2024.

We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who competed, helped, and spectated. We had a fantastic turnout, with around 80 competitors.

Shout out to our very own 🤩

Louis competed in the Midlands FitX qualifier for the finals in November and got a 3rd in Open Novice Bodybuilding and 2nd in Classic Bodybuilding with invites in both classes to FitX final in November.

I have personally known Louis since he first started training many years ago. I couldn’t be prouder of how well he is doing in his bodybuilding career and look forward to seeing what the future holds.
