A quick update to say that the Beginners’ Yoga Course starting in February is now nearly full.
It’s an 8-week, in-person course in Sonning Common, designed for people who are new to yoga or want a calm, supportive place to start.
If you’ve been thinking about it, there are just a couple of places left.
