Hi everyone thank you to everyone who turned up today

Now where do I start today we lost 3-0 with all 3 goals coming from poor referee decisions ie offsides or fouls in build up but that being said i think we could have played all day and not scored the effort was lacking today on a slight positive the team stood together when things got hard and showed good team spirit instead of getting on each other's back which is a step in the right direction

Good afternoon everyone.. hope everyone’s well..
first off I’m going to try my best with a match report today withme reffing might have missed a couple things.
First half.. we looked to be the stronger team couple chances for both teams chopper keeping them at bay.. couple of missis from ourselfs on another day we score. Still trying to play football I seen some good link up play in spells!!
first half wasn’t to be as we conceded the first half goal
We was still on the front foot and unlucky to go in at half time 0-1.
Some words spoken at half time as I didn’t want ref and coach at the same time. Woke us up that little bit more..
Second half.
Some great football chances coming game opening up some great challenges from Gerrard really felt like it upped our tempo abit more.
Up steps Theo to get us back into the game 1-1 still a very open game chances going begging it took some great foot work and legs from new signing Nicolas running the full length of the pitch taking players on in his stride to drop the ball to the edge of the box for the terrier of this team (Billy)who puts one the top corner from the forte box..
15minutes to play chopper again coming to the rescue with a great save at the attackers feet..
Each and everyone played their part in today’s game and e 💯deserved the right result.
Just a special mention for ash last couple weeks been our captain with his voice his calmness and talking to his teammates today he was proud to wear the terriers armband aswell. (Took long enough to come but fits perfect and looks well)

Managers player of the match was chopper some great saves I feel like say that every weekend 🙈hes just a shot stopper and a very good one at that..
Parents player of the match was Nicholas. Another great display from our new signing great energy calm on the ball looking to make attacks 2 assists today aswell

We keep up the hard work like we are we will do well.

Couple players missing today but we all dug deep and got us over the line with a great result

Just a reminder Roxy gave the raffle tickets out today if we can get them back as soon as as possible we arnt going mental this year

Today's players of the match are Oliver with some quality keeping making multiple big saves and being brave diving at the oppositions feet and Nicholas with 2 great assists keeping the ball moving and passing well he even dropped in at centre back for the last 8 minutes tackling and heading where needed

Good afternoon thank you everyone for being at the game today I really appreciate it..

Game today could have gone either way. I feel hard done by the effort work rate everyone put in deserved something from the game.
First half we was far the better team in my eyes and deserved to be 1 up some great work from Theo and Flinn with Ian finishing off a great move. To make it 1.0 first half we dealt with everything pretty well. I kept saying we will concede from a long ball as that’s all they tryed. We had more chances but just couldn’t get the 2nd half time comes and we are 1.0 up.
Second half was still the stronger team couple of chances here and there not hitting the target some great work on and off the ball. And that dreaded long ball beat us to make it 1.1 still looking stronger team couple of descions not going our way. Then comes another long ball in my eyes crofty did everything right and made what I believe was a well timed challenge for the ref to give a free kick and we conceded from it. 1-2 still trying to play football and going to get a goal back just wasn’t our day infront of goal each and everyone today played well.. we go again next weekend.

Ian⚽️ deserved just for the great play and his energy to get on the end of a great attack

Managers player of the match was chopper some great saves as always but mainly gave him this for his kicking off the floor and the way he was out off his line quick to stop the long ball in behind.

Refs player of the match today was Nicholas some great energy in midfield getting on the ball and trying to make attacks..

Todays players of the match are oliver aka chopper with a solid and comanding display in the net pulling off some quality saves while sweeping up any through balls that bypassed the defence and nicholas who ran the central midfield was always calm in possession getting past his player then bringing others into play

Today's player's of the match Daniel at right back and Ash at left back both solid in defence winning individual duals and trying to put the team on the front foot special mention for Ash narrowly missing a spectacular overhead kick from a corner if that went in goal of season was over already onwards and upwards

Afternoon everyone thank you for coming and making sure we still have a team available to play..

Today was a tail of two half’s being the better team in my eyes just couldn’t find the goal I thought we deserved. we did have the chances on another day we would have been infront.
some great work from each and everyone with only having one sub today so did make it alittle harder to freshen things up.

Second half we started the stronger team again missing chances.
A decision from the ref cost us the first in my eyes how that wasn’t a free kick for obstruction is beyond me.
And that’s where the heads went down and it’s always hard to pick these kids heads up as 1 turns to 2 so quick but we was still trying to play football creating chances but not finding the net a long ball beating us as we went forwards to try and get a goal back 3-0 down then a mixup at the back and not clearing our lines made it 4-0.
Overall I think the score line flatters the opposition.
I don’t believe for one second they were 4 goals better than us today.
Workrate effort doing everything we could today without getting a goal is hard to take but I liked what I seen on and off the pitch from each and everyone of the kids..

Managers player of the match was Daniel not letting the ball bounce winning his duels at right back and getting us on the front foot..

Parents player of the match I did differently and asked 1 parent who they thought.
Was ash Today lead by example winning his battles at left back his encouragement voice talking to team mates

A couple of mentions from myself crofty and Gerrard doing the new formation both listened and did what they needed to do. Crofty with some great tackles heading off the ball Gerrard’s workrate and looking to get the ball back was great.
Chopper we know what we are getting from him but some cracking saves kicking was on point today.
Theo and Mason on the wings up and down and both deserved a goal for how much they worked up and down just need that striking instinct to get the shots in abit quicker.
Ian and Darren Ian’s workrate dropping in and helping close the ball down was great. Darren coming back today after a couple weeks away his efforts was fantastic and great to see

I believe if we keep everyone together and bring in another couple players we can push on and get the results we deserve.
I’ve actually covered everyone today as I felt they deserved a little mention.

Thank you once again parents really appreciate it.
Again if any of the kids want to try and bring in any of there friends to train towards joining the team please ask them. We will keep this team going.
