Our last fixture was a bottom of the league clash. A game we knew we had to get a result in and that we did with a 10-3 win.

A great performance from the lads where we were more clinical and were rewarded with great passages of play. With having 6 lads on the scoresheet including one of the Gaffa’s Steve.

Although there were plenty of great individual performances, Charlie Parker was awarded Man of the match.

Well done to Scott getting a Hat trick and Keane getting his first goal for the club. Unfortunately for him, shortly after scoring he thought he was prime R7 and attempted a shot from 30 yards when he should have played the lads in resulting in getting Helmet of the week.

On to next week for our final match of 2025 against Brant Brougjton which will be a tough match.

Unfortunately defeat for the Butcher in our first game back in the league. Some great football played by the lads in spells. But FC Welton were more clinical, with a slight tactical change for the game saw Gaffa Stuart up top to provide a target which then saw him roll back the years and score his first goal of the season, the assist coming from fellow manager Steve. We take the positives from the match and take it into our next training session and work on our next fixture.

MOTD - Charlie Fish, worked hard and was a constant threat through out the game.
