⚡️What other full body workout can you fit into your lunch break? ⚡️

Hi I’m Martha, I’m based in Mytholmroyd, with convenient on-site parking available for clients. I’m a fully qualified Gym Instructor and EMS Instructor, fully insured, and a CIMSPA-endorsed Menopause Coach.

There’s no need for fancy gym wear or gym experience. Simply turn up and put on the EMS suit. The suit contains multiple electrode pads that stimulate different muscle groups throughout the body. If you have any metal implants or areas of sensitivity, these pads can be switched off, and if you’re rebuilding strength or returning to exercise, we can adjust the intensity levels to suit you.

EMS training helps build muscle and strength without the need for heavy weights, reducing impact on the joints. During a 20-minute EMS session, you can activate up to 85% of your muscles — comparable to around 90 minutes of conventional gym training. Whole-body EMS training can help increase muscle mass, boost metabolism, improve strength, and enhance calorie burn. For most people, just two sessions per week are enough to see results.
