Jack Tormey joins Development team coaching staff.
During the final three seasons of his time at Sutton Bonington, Jack took on the role of Player-Manager. In his first season, he guided the club to promotion to the Leicestershire Senior League Division One against the odds, before securing two respectable mid-table finishes at that level.
More recently, Jack had short spells at Ellistown and Hathern before the opportunity to join Heather St John’s Development Team arose. Jack said “ It was an easy decision. The ambition throughout the club is clear, the facilities are excellent, and the young squad within the Development Team is full of potential”.
Jack is excited to bring his experience to the group, work closely with the management team to build a competitive side, and help attract a few quality additions he knows well. The aim is to create a team capable of winning promotion to the Leicestershire Senior League Premier Division and establishing itself there, while most importantly developing players who are ready to step up and support the First Team.
Everyone at Heather St John’s would like to welcome Jack to the club and wish him every success in his new role.

We had the pleasure of hosting Margaret's 80th birthday celebrations last night and what a wonderful time it was!

We hope we are still bouncing on the bouncy castle at 80, just like Margaret last night!
