Hope you’re all having a lovely relaxing Sunday. Quick update from me. My dad’s still in hospital. I don’t know yet when his procedure is scheduled. I’ll try my best but whilst he’s there classes may be affected as I’m also working full time 😔

We’ve been talking today during classes about fuelling our body before and after we attend our sessions and how important it is.

It has taken me many years, many 6am Freddo’s 😂 and many failed attempts at exercising to achieve what I thought was a ‘perfect body’ to realise that:
