How to leg legs for shorts instantly

Step 1: put shorts on

That’s it, tutorial over!

Everyone has legs for shorts, if you have legs, you can wear shorts.

There’s no pre requisite for short wearing, you don’t need thinner, longer, more muscular or tanned legs.

Just get a pair of shorts and put them on. Et Voila, legs for shorts 🦵 🦵🦵

If I could go back in time, one thing I’d tell my younger self is ‘protect your time’.

Have a few people you like and a few things you like and only give those things your time.

Protect it from everything else that doesn’t mean anything to you.

Don’t say yes to things you don’t want to do because you are worried you will hurt someone’s feelings, let them down or what they might think of you.

Life is too short to try and do everything, and you don’t need to! Most of it is just noise distracting you from what you really want to be doing.

So be more selective about who or what you give your time to, it’s a precious resource, once it’s gone you don’t get it back!

My no 1 rule for gym enjoyment is not trying to exercise like someone else.

You do you!

You don’t know anyone else’s goals, experience, fitness levels, strength, lifestyle, exercise preferences or anything about them.

You can let them inspire your choices but then stay in your own lane.

Comparison is the thief of all joy.

Find joy in getting a little better than you were last month, not by trying to be like someone else.

People often think coming to the gym is about weight loss but some of the biggest wins have nothing to do with body weight.

Some people would take wearing a pair of shorts for granted, for others, the thought is horrifying!

To be feel confident enough in your own skin to be able to wear an item of clothing you've long thought you'd never wear again is a huge win!

Weight loss is an outcome goal.

Instead of focussing on the outcome, focus on the habits needed to achieve the outcome.

Eat protein
Eat fibre
Drink more
Sleep better
Manage stress

Once these are all on point, weight loss usually follows!
