Summer Holiday Offer! Bring a friend to any dojo over the summer and the friend can train for free until the end of August. We’ve plenty of space for new students, including our two Diddy Deshi sessions on Tuesday at the Triangle (6-7pm) and on Thursday at Kings Weald (6-6.45pm). Please share and tag your friends!

Our official photos from Summer Camp will be posted soon! In the meantime, two special group photos; cooling off in the woods with our new water bottles and on the training field at 4.15pm on Saturday.

Reminder that it’s Summer camp this weekend, so there will not be a training session at Cowfold or Hurstpierpoint.

We will be taking all necessary safety precautions at camp, and will keep everyone hydrated and safe in and out of the sun.

If you’re attending, please bring appropriate spare cool clothing, and spare Karate suits if you have them. Don’t forget to bring sun lotion and wear a hat. Any questions please contact Renshi Caroline.

Big thanks to everyone who trained last night and made a swift and safe exit when the fire alarms went off. Luckily there was no fire and we’re looking forward to less eventful session next week. Have a super week; see you in the Dojo.
