Everyone loves a pull up đŸ’ĒđŸģ

Just a few tips on how to get your first, or how to add more volume on.

What I want people to take away from this is the intensity through all pulling movements to help you succeed in achieving your pull up goal!

Working hard, near to failure on pulls (vertical like shown, but rows for horizontal work are just as important) will really CHANGE THE GAME

Don't slack off and do your pulling work willy-nilly with loads left in the tank. Load those pulls!

What I wish I'd done differently? I honestly just wish I'd learnt sooner that I can love myself at the same time as wanting better for myself.

My journey started as most womens does -> trying to be smaller.

Luckily, as you'll see in the video, I was steered in the right direction.

I was told it was more than OK to take up space. So that's what I did. I started building.

There's an intentional black space between a couple of photos, representing the 2 years I powerlifted. I took no pictures and I loved my body more then than ever before.

It's AMAZING to watch how your body physically progresses. The message I want to get to everyone is that strength training IS for everyone. No exceptions.

You don't have to powerlift to do strength training.

All you need is ex*****on and consistency.

Saturdays are for benching đŸ’ĒđŸģ 2x2 @ 95kg (90% of 1RM)

Working on a longer intensity phase to allow for more control under heavier weights 👀
