👋 Let me start with the question I know some of you are thinking...
"She's a size 16, how can she help me change my body?"
Fair question. Here's my answer.

The body you are looking at is a very active body. Is your idea of what an active body looks like incomplete? This body has been active for the last 18 years!
I was a size 20, then a size 12 for years. I don't train for a specific size anymore. I train for strength, health and wellbeing whilst trying to enjoy life.
Some people will never choose to train with me because I’m not a size 10 and that's okay, but the clients who choose me are choosing me for the right reasons: my knowledge, my passion, my dedication to continuously better myself and those I work with, my patience, my empathy, and my ability to understand their journey based on my own experience.

I've experienced it all:
Big → small → in-between → borderline food disorder → extreme diets → weight-loss obsession → injured → recovered → the box-fitting mania, and then I discovered strength and I stopped caring about the rest.
I started to look for balance. I wanted to know as much as I could in order to help myself. I started to look at my body with the gratitude it deserves for serving me. I stopped focusing on weight-loss and instead focused on strength, confidence, mental health, supporting my body as it ages, preparing for the years to come as best I could.

All jokes aside though, I know what it takes for you to get where you need to go – because I've done it.
✨I know there is no quick fix.
✨I know you have to do all the hard work yourself.
✨I know you're going to have setbacks and you're not going to like it.
✨I know you're going to have to start again.
✨I also know you are a target for the fitness industry – because I've been it.
✨I know that the right support and guidance at the right time can be a game changer.

My biggest job as a personal trainer – on the back of my story – is starting you exactly where you are. Making you fall in love with the process. Keeping you safe while you discover your strength and ability to persevere.
If you're looking for a quick fix, I'm not your trainer. I'm not connecting myself to any "12 week transformations" or magic combinations of exercise or diet routines. Because there is no such thing – not if you're trying to care for your body and your health long-term.
In the midst of chaos, we keep aiming for balance. I'm not prepared to lie to you or keep you in a yo-yo circle.🙏🏻💖
