This Sunday September 8th Liam Murphy is attempting to be the very first person to swim from Martins Haven to Caerbwdy/Caerfau Bay, St David's.

Following the strict rules set by the Marathon Swimming Federation Liam will be swimming approximately 15km across the open water of St Brides Bay in a man vs the elements endurance test 🌊

We are honoured to es**rt and observe Liam on this journey and would like you all to join us with supporting him and his mission 👏👏

Although there is personal glory on the line he is also raising money for Noah's Ark Children's Hospital Charity the donate link can be found below 👇
