I’m so excited to share!

The next Energy Wisdom Pathway booking is OPEN ⭐️🎉

We have a Daytime Group starting Tuesday 22nd 9:30am to 11:30am

And an Evening Group starting 24th September 7:00pm to 9:00pm

Two chapters a month.
Six months.
Lifetime impact.

We will be living the work and not just learning it.

Your body
The things you want to create in your life

This week we have been looking at energies that nourish us, as well as some energies we hold at bay.

Here is a Weekend Play area for you to continue to practise becoming mindful of your 6th sense and its dynamic nature.

become curious about what nourishes your energy.

Not your mind.

Not your to-do list.

Your energy.

Perhaps it's...
🌿 sitting beneath a tree
💙 a particular colour
💎 a crystal
🎵 music
🌊 the sea
🌸 flowers
☀️ the morning sun
🌧️ the rain
🕯️ an essential oil
🤍 a hug

Pause.

Draw it gently in.

Notice what happens when you simply allow it to flow...
in...

through...

and out.

There are no right answers.

Just notice what your energy is naturally drawn towards.

What if your energy system could be nourished... just as much as your body?

This week we are looking at Chapter Four of The Energy Wisdom Pathway - called Nourish 🌿

Nourishing yourself isn't about positive thinking.

It's about discovering that nourishment comes in many forms.

🌿 Nature.
🩵 Colour.
🎶 Music.
🔮 Crystals.
🍃 Fresh air.
☺️ A kind word.
🤐 Silence.

Even the simple act of receiving 💝

Because when energy flows in... through... and out...
our whole system begins to soften and wisdom arises.

The other part of the equation is what energies we hold at bay🫸 that could be leaving our energy system malnourished.

I’m talking about shields, 🛡️ shields of protection, against people, painful memories, concepts, busy environments and so on.

Knowing where your shields are and how to release them is truly liberating and leaves you feeling like a ton of weight has been lifted.

Perhaps sometimes what we're looking for isn't more effort.

It's more nourishment 🌿

Here’s a play area for you to be curious about straight out of Chapter 3 of The Energy Wisdom Pathway 💐

What if there's more than one thing going on?

When we have a physical problem, it's easy to focus only on the body.

But over time we often develop feelings about the problem too.

✨ Frustration
✨ Worry
✨ Fear
✨ Irritation
✨ Sadness
✨ Hopelessness

Those feelings become part of the experience.

This week, instead of asking,

"How do I fix this?"

try asking,

"How do I feel about this?"

You don't have to analyse it.

You don't have to change it right now.

Just notice.

Sometimes the greatest shift begins with seeing the whole picture.

One thing I’ve noticed is that we can really get caught up in the story of something 📖

Replaying conversations in our head.
Imagining if I said this, they would say that etc.
Reliving the drama.
Telling everyone about the drama 🗣️📣

And so it goes on. I’ve been there. We’ve all been there.

But what I know is that behind every story is an energy reality waiting to be addressed.

The energy of the experience are those feelings like being stabbed in the back, nervous in the belly, throat feeling stuck - unable to speak your truth, the heart feeling down and heavy.

That’s the energy of the story and when we become curious about that 👀 instead of the words and thoughts, then we can really move beyond the drama into wisdom - that’s the gift you are looking for 💝

New insight as the energy starts to flow again.

This really is a story of personal evolution. We are meant to have an array of experiences - it’s extracting the wisdom from them that is key. And letting go of what’s not for you

I wrote about TRANSFORM 🦋, the third chapter of The Energy Wisdom Pathway.

My favourite observation:

Curiosity replaced reaction.

The group began thinking like a Modern Energists and asking -
"Where do I feel that?"
“What’s the energy reality here?”

That’s the moment we stop thinking -
“How do I get rid of this?” Or “how do I stop thinking this way/reacting like this?”

That’s a huge breakthrough.

It's the beginning of living the work rather than simply learning it 🩵

Most people think transformation comes from changing their behaviour...

What if it actually begins by changing what you're seeing? 👀

In Chapter Three of the Energy Wisdom Pathway we begin exploring something most of us were never taught...

that every experience has an energy reality.

Instead of asking,
'What's wrong with me?' 😟

we begin asking,
'What is my energy trying to show me?'🧐

We explore how thoughts...

beliefs...

emotional reactions...

even physical symptoms...

may all be pointing towards something deeper.

Because when you can see the energy behind an experience...

everything starts making a little more sense.

"Sometimes nothing in your life changes... until the way you see it does."

Here’s an exercise you can do that comes direct from Chapter 2 of The Energy Wisdom Pathway

Have a play and let me know how you get on 😊

Choose one positive energy.

Not an emotion you want less of.

An energy you'd like more of.
Perhaps...

🌿 Calm
🌿 Joy
🌿 Confidence
🌿 Peace
🌿 Courage
🌿 Curiosity
🌿 Abundance
🌿 Happiness

Now pause.

Close your eyes.

As you invite more of what you want, where do you notice that energy in your body?

Simply notice.

No forcing.
No fixing.
Just curiosity.

If you become aware of a kinaesthetic sensation of tightness somewhere in your body, that’s where you are stopping the even flow of what it is that you want.

Knowing that it is only energy, can you soften and flow the sensation to allow more of the supportive energy in.

Try it and see 💖

One thing I've noticed...

The people who stop fighting their emotions...

…start flowing with their lives.

Emotions are a mystery for most people.
We may want to ‘think positively’ or ‘react differently’.

We may ‘try’ to catch ourselves having reoccurring thoughts and downward spirals.

We might even read a book, use affirmations and find ways to redirect ourselves.

However, these good intentions never stick because the root of the emotion and behaviour is left unattended.

Once we understand the actual nature of emotions…. which are in fact energy ….

… then we can apply the right tools for the job and transform our emotional state into something much more aligned with who we truly are 🥰
