Club championships 2026
ROCKETS + FLOOR ROUTINE:

Y - Balance (3 secs)
Tuck jump
Full turn jump
Cartwheel
Backward roll to front support (3 secs)
2 press ups, turn to back support (3 secs), sit in pike
Bridge (3 secs), kick over (bonus if valdez is performed)
Chasse split leap
Handstand hold (3 secs)
Round off straight jump (bonus if round off flic is performed)

Arabesque (3secs) (bonus for Y-balance (3secs))
Tuck jump
Full turn jump
Cartwheel
Backward roll to crouch
Jump to front support (3 secs), turn to back support (3secs)
Lie flat, Bridge (3secs)
Chassé Cat leap (bonus if Cat leap full turn performed)
Handstand (bonus if held for 3 secs)
Round off straight jump

Arabesque (3secs)
Tuck jump
Star jump
2 side skips (bonus if 2 cartwheels performed instead)
Rock back to shoulder stand (3secs), Rock to crouch
Jump to front support (3secs), lower to lie flat
Arch hold (3secs)
Roll to Dish hold (3 secs)
Tuck rock to stand (bonus for not using hands)
Handstand
