Sun, sea and cycling! Join us for our annual outing to the coast. We'll be departing early, skirting west London and heading over the South Downs for a leisurely cafe stop in Brighton. Then home via the train or an optional return ride via the alpine slopes of Box Hill for those suitably fortified by the salty breezes. Spring is here and with it the return of our Gregarios Saturday social rides.

They're a great way to try out the Club if you are new or looking to regain your base fitness after a while off the bike. All rides will have a leader and ridden at an inclusive pace. No one will get left behind.

Start time is 9.30am at Hatch End telephone exchange, easily reached from Hatch End overground station and Northwood/Northwood Hills on the Metropolitan Line.

Typical ride length about 30-35 miles with a cafe stop.
