Grab your trainers and join us for track, high jump, long jump, triple jump and hurdles athletics session (activities vary each week).

☀️Tuesday 30 July, Tuesday 6 August, Tuesday 13 August and Tuesday 20 August
☀️11am to 1pm
☀️For children aged 6 to 16 (under 8's must be accompanied by an adult)

We are very sorry but we have had to cancel tomorrows (16th July) community track session, we normally run on Tuesdays 10.15-11.15am at the track at Play Sport - ARK Alexandra Academy - William Parker Site.

The session will be back running next week (23rd July).

Day:
THURSDAYS from 25th April - 27th June. (excluding 30th May)

Time:
3.15-4.15pm - School years 9-13 (open to all school children in these years)
4.15-5.15pm - ARK Alexandra Staff Only
5.15-6.15pm - Ladies Only.

Completely FREE OF CHARGE!! 🤩

Make sure to come along to our new fitness sessions starting back at ARK Alexandra Academy.

Circuit classes are high energy and fast paced. They involve moving your way around different exercise stations, performing each exercise as many times as you can, in a set amount of time.
